1. Who sets them
TVMenus is operated by Cook Coding, LLC. Both cookies below are set by us on the TVMenus domain. No third party sets a cookie through this site.
2. What we set

Both are strictly necessary or functional. Neither is used to build a profile, and neither is readable by anyone else.
3. What we do not set
There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party trackers on this site. We do not run retargeting pixels, we do not sell audience data, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond the two cookies above.
If that ever changes we will update this notice before the new cookie is set, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
4. Cookies on the television
The TVMenus player app on your television does not use cookies. It authenticates with a device identifier and a secret issued when you pair the screen, stored on the television itself. See the Privacy Policy for what the player reports back.
5. Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in to the dashboard, because there is no other way for the site to know the request is yours. Blocking the theme cookie only means the site forgets your choice between visits.
The marketing emails we send contain no tracking pixel. You can stop them at any time from email preferences.
