The 14-day free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial. No credit card. You get full access — pair TVs, publish menus, invite teammates. At Day 14 you land on the Free plan (1 screen, images only, small TVMenus watermark) — your screen keeps playing. Pick a paid plan anytime to bring everything back.

A countdown banner shows up on every dashboard page for the length of the trial, so the end date never sneaks up on you.

Pricing

One number: $9 per screen per month, billed monthly, every feature included. Run 5 or more screens and every screen drops to $7/screen. There are no feature gates and no contract. The Free plan covers one screen forever — images only, with a small TVMenus watermark on screen. See /pricing.

What counts as a billed screen?

A TV that is paired to your account and pulling a manifest. Screens you have unpaired or disabled don't count, and billing follows your screen count automatically.

Cancel or pause

From the dashboard's billing page you can cancel anytime. The current billing period stays live; renewals stop. If you only want to pause for off-season, unpair the TVs — they aren't billed while unpaired and you can re-pair them later without losing menus.

Refunds

We don't offer refunds — the 14-day free trial is the try-before-you-buy window, and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, paid access runs through the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. Questions? /contact.
