Getting started with TVMenus

This page walks through the first 10 minutes of using TVMenus — from sign-up to a TV playing your menu in the dining room.

Sign up for a free 14-day trial

Visit /signup and create an account. No credit card. The trial gives you full access for 14 days; after that you can pick a plan or let the account expire.

Pair your first TV

1. On the TV (Google TV, Chromecast with Google TV, or Fire TV), install the TVMenus app from the app store.
2. The app shows an 8-character pair code.
3. In the dashboard at /welcome, enter the pair code. The TV will refresh and start playing your menu.

Publish your first menu

1. From /menus, click "New menu" and choose a template.
2. Add items, sections, and prices.
3. Assign the menu to the TV you just paired.
4. The TV updates within seconds.
